Javon R. Bea is President and CEO of Mercy Health System, a 64-facility vertically integrated health system in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois headquartered in Janesville, WI. Javon has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, having served at prestigious medical centers throughout the country.
